I remember seeing this Sequoia spot a few years ago, the realism blew me away.  Since then Unit Image (located in Paris) has been producing more high end commercials and killer game cinematics.  Most notably for Ubisoft's upcoming game The Crew.  Have a look at some of their work, and accompanying making of vids.

Pixar's Blue Unbrella

Director  Saschka Unseld's new short "The Blue Unbrella" come out this weekend in front of Monsters U.....and it looks great.
