So, I finally started playing Minecraft (on my Nexus 7).....and I'm now addicted.  I want this Minecraft themed Lego set.

Have a look at the cool info graphics of Juan Pablo Bravo.  The "600 Characters of Hana Barbara", "250 Characters of Disney", "70 Disney Villains", and the "100 Characters of Pixar" are the full rez images (big files).  I can't find the full compilation for the Robots....still looking.

Paranorman face replacement = patience

This new video is just incredible.  It highlights Laika's painstaking replacement animation process used for Norman et al.  I also found it interesting that the faces were created in Maya.  You can't escape using 3D software (even for stop motion character animation) these days.
